Perform customer service-related tasks that are directed by Manager and aligned with service standards, including but not limited to:
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Contact potential customers to inform them about our company, a product or service using scripts.
- Prepare presentation files and relevant documents for client meetings.
- Handle correspondence, back-up help-line service when needed and coordinate with Manager to response to clients.
- Filing & documentation.
- Handle other customer service/sales administration tasks as assigned.
Salary & Benefits:

- Working time: 40 hours per week, 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.
- Salary, Bonus: as negotiation.
- After passing the internship period, a successful candidate will be considered to work with LK for full-time position.
- Bachelor degree or above in any field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel).
- Having Data-driven mindset.
- English fluency.
- Hard working, careful & be an active learner.
- Good communication & time management skills.
