This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainee role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in identifying and generating new business opportunities, supporting sales activities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will engage in training programs to develop sales and customer service skills while learning about the services and solutions offered by Shipco Transport. Collaboration with the sales team and participating in targeted marketing initiatives are critical aspects of this role

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

- Basic knowledge of Sales and willingness to actively participate in Training programs to develop Sales and Sales Management skills

- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively as part of a team

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire for career growth

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to adapt to new software tools

- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
