- Security Operations Support
+ Assist in maintaining a safe and secure working environment at Hubs, Gateways, Country Offices, and Retail Service Points
+ Support access control, visitor management, and basic security monitoring
+ Help ensure facilities, company property, and customer shipments remain secure
+ Assist in monitoring HV shipment processes in line with security standards
- Security Administration & Reporting
+ Support the preparation of security reports, incident logs, and basic statistics
+ Assist in updating records in SCMS (Security Case Management System)
+ Help collect data for monthly, quarterly, or annual security site reports
+ Support submission of required documents to internal teams or authorities (under supervision)
- Compliance & Standards Support
+ Assist the Security team in tracking compliance with TAPA, RA3, GSM, and government security requirements
+ Help maintain updated security documents, SOPs, and regulatory records
+ Support internal and external audit preparation (document collection, evidence tracking)
- Security Audits & Inspections
+ Assist during security audits, site inspections, and surveys
+ Help document findings and follow up on corrective action items
+ Support vendor compliance checks (security guards, service providers)
- Training & Awareness
+ Support coordination and tracking of Security Awareness and CIS training
+ Assist in preparing training materials and attendance records
+ Help promote security awareness among employees
- Incident & Investigation Support
+ Assist in documenting security incidents and basic fact gathering
+ Support investigation processes by organizing information and records
+ Escalate incidents promptly to the Security Manager
- Coordination & Communication
+ Liaise with internal stakeholders for security‑related information
+ Support communication between Security, Operations, HR, and Facilities
+ Assist in maintaining contact lists and emergency coordination information
- Learning Exposure (Under Supervision)
+ Corporate security governance and compliance
+ Risk assessment and mitigation basics
+ Vendor security management
+ Business continuity and emergency response fundamentals

- A background or graduation in Electronic Technology (or a related technical field) is preferred and considered relevant for this role.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, including speaking, writing, listening, and reading, to understand and comply with GSOPs and security standards.
- Willingness to travel within Ho Chi Minh City as required for work assignments (company-provided transportation for business travel).
- Responsible, cooperative, and willing to learn with a Can-Do attitude.
