– Assist in growing the Shopee KOL Seller pool by supporting recruitment efforts and community-building initiatives, both online and offline. Contribute to strengthening relationships with existing sellers.
– Eager to learn about Shopee KOL Seller insights and needs to support the development of innovative programs. Will assist in analyzing data and gathering feedback to contribute to program growth
– Manage budget and keep track of BAU & activities expenses on seller merchandise/reward/ incentive & organize event/activity.
– Collaborate and build a close relationship with Sellers and related stakeholders to grow their presence on Shopee, among the seller community & keep those sellers with the program.
– Manage and execute seller activities with an out-of-the-box and can-do attitude to create case studies while bringing satisfaction to sellers.
– Conduct detailed analysis & follow-up report/dashboard to gather insights for monitoring and joining in the progress of optimizing overall performance, making actionable recommendations, and improving program quality.
– Propose and optimize benefits from KOL Program for business teams (Campaign; BD; COO Marketing; PR, CS, etc.) while effectively collaborating with related teams for planning initiatives/programs/engagement strategy for Shopee sellers.
– Monitor KOL Sellers' sentiment and assist team lead in handling issues arising from social media, and crisis management.
– Strong experience in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce industry, or any related field
– Skills in partnership strategy, planning skills/knowledge for partnership management, creativity, and not hesitating to take new initiatives
– Critical thinking, multi-tasking, creative thinking & good time-management skills
– Excellent communication, negotiation capability, and project management
– Detail-oriented and result-oriented mindset
– Microsoft Office literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and constantly change to achieve innovative solutions
– Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
– Ability to work independently and proactively
– Have a good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization.
– Great interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
– Having insights, experience, and passion for seller engagement and social community is a plus
