– Planning: Support the development of data-driven marketing and growth strategies, learning the process from research and analysis to plan creation aligned with business objectives.
– Stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal teams (Project Owner, SOS, PR, MKT) and external partners (seller, agencies, government organizations).
– Work closely with SE sub-teams and SE channels under a defined direction, action plan, and timeline to ensure timely & KPIs tracking.
– Execution expertise: can cover the execution of some SE’s key scopes like content creation, training, and KOL seller networking skills in the whole project if needed.
– Design and maintain dashboards to track the performance of seller engagement initiatives across channels (e.g., campaigns, training programs, communications).
– Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights.
– Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
– Strong proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools.
– Demonstrate their potential for project management, including organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. A willingness to learn and develop these skills is essential.
– Have an understanding of seller-related information: policy, features, insight
– Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of channels.
– Foundational skills in social listening, research, organization, content creation, and planning. Eager to develop these skills further in a professional setting
