The New Seller Flow team focuses on optimizing the onboarding experience for new sellers, ensuring a seamless and efficient journey from registration to their first sale. By leveraging data-driven insights and automation, the team enhances seller acquisition, activation, and retention, helping them succeed in Shopee’s dynamic e-commerce ecosystem.
– Support the management of assets including visibility slots allocated for NSF/ICB and related revenue streams, ensuring their effective usage
– Collaborate with Revenue Owners and ICB Seller Facing teams to ensure smooth execution and seamless asset allocation, supporting business growth
– Drive campaign ideas and monitor efficiency to continually improve performance and push commercial growth for new sellers under Line Manager’s guidance.
– Help generate performance reports, and track key metrics to enhance business results
– Proactively contribute ideas and participate in projects aimed at improving team efficiency and performance
– Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
– Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with good academic results
– Very strong analytical skills
– Good communication skills in English
– Proficiency in Excel
– Good team player with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
– Strong stakeholder management skills
– Passion to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
– Ability to work independently and proactively
– Have a good sense of workflow understanding
– Proactive initiator, passion in the e-commerce industry is a plus
