– Perform end-to-end research, from hypothesis generation, performing primary and secondary research, synthesizing data to derive actionable insights, and proposing performance improvement initiatives

– Support team leader in overseeing the entire data flow and end-to-end (E2E) process, ensuring timely execution, meeting deadlines, and helping to develop strategic projects and initiatives that align with organizational goals

– Monitor project progress to ensure that all targets and deliverables are met

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve emerging issues, ensuring smooth project execution

– Work closely with stakeholders across departments to facilitate the successful implementation and completion of projects

– Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with good academic results

– Very strong analytical skills

– Good communication skills in English

– Proficiency in Excel

– Good team player with a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn

– Strong stakeholder management skills

– Passion to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

– Ability to work independently and proactively

– Have a good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization
