Recruitment:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Employer Branding
- Develop, execute, and optimize employer branding campaigns internal and external across digital platforms.
- Design and implement Employee Engagement programs.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices to leverage candidate-facing communications to convey the corporate culture and employee experience.
- Work with the marketing team to create material and content for employer branding and recruitment events such as posters, flyers, banners, etc.
- Create culture-building social media posts and targeted talent attraction campaigns (if needed) across company’s social media platforms.
- Other tasks assigned by HRM.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (Freshers are welcomed.)
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Active, can-do attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
