As a Talent Acquisition Intern in our team, you will:
Talent Acquisition (50%):
- Actively source and attract top talent through job portals, social networks, employee referrals, and other creative channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess cultural and technical fit.
- Follow and propose a recruitment plan to make sure of the human resources of the company.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Prepare welcome materials, and support onboarding plans, introduction schedules.
Employer Branding (50%):
- Support creating and promoting content (e.g., recruitment posts, team stories, culture highlights) across platforms like Tiktok, LinkedIn, Facebook, or careers pages.
- Support logistic plans for event execution
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Take part in ideal-brainstorming activities
- 0-6 months of experience in the HR field.
- Final-year student majoring in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- Good English skills
- Execute basic design tasks for Recruitment/ Employee Branding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, love to learn attitude, digital savvy, eager with new trends
- Interested and oriented to work in the field of hunting and employee branding; willing to learn and change to grow
