- Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing files, maintaining records, and managing documents.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Coordinate and support internal events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure smooth communication.
- Assist with administrative procedures for employees and visitors to the office.

- Final-year or third-year students majoring in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable in handling tasks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- No prior experience required, but experience in office work is a plus.
