- Planning, managing, and evaluating the internship training program and on-job training program;
- Manage staff’s competency and performance, and plan to improve them when necessary;
- Design & deliver training programs (orientation, culture, soft skills, management…);
- Collaborate with HR to organize all training activities, and employee engagement activities;
- Manage learning culture and people development activities;
- Host the selection and recruitment of candidates for the Golden Owl internship program;
- Other tasks from the direct manager.
- Prefer female candidates;
- Final year student or Bachelor's degree from a university (English language, Economics, Psychology, Education, L&D major);
- IELTS 6.0 or equivalent; Experience in training, including teaching English to Vietnamese children or adults is a plus;
- Have good presentation and mentoring skills;
- Be confident, sociable, considerate, and dynamic, be responsible, detail-oriented, and come along with a positive attitude;
- Know how to analyze training needs for the company;
- Have IT basic knowledge & terminology is a plus;
- Personal laptop required.
