As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support the end-to-end coordination of internal marketing projects — from planning to execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help align timelines, manage task progress, and ensure smooth communication. This role offers hands-on exposure to real workflows, stakeholder collaboration, and performance tracking. It's a great opportunity to build both strategic thinking and executional discipline in a dynamic marketing environment. Your responsibilities include:

- Assist in planning and managing internal marketing projects, timelines, and deliverables;

- Coordinate across teams including Content, Digital, SEO, and Design to ensure alignment;

- Maintain and update internal task management platforms;

- Help create and organize briefs, meeting recaps, and progress summaries;

- Support creation of progress reports and campaign timelines;

- Organize internal files, documentation, and slide decks post-campaign;

- Take on other assigned tasks under guidance from mentors or team leaders.

- Background or strong interest in Marketing, Communications, or PR, with an interest in Project Management;

- Basic understanding of Digital marketing channels (SEO, Social media, or Paid ads, …) is a plus;

- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a detailed-oriented mindset and ability to multitask;

- Logical thinking and ability to manage details while understanding the big picture;

- Proactive communication and accountability in reporting work progress;

- Growth mindset, willingness to learn;

- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiarity with task management tools is a plus;

- Able to commit full-time for at least 3 months of internship;

vAdvanced English skills (equivalent to TOEIC 750 or higher).
