1. Forecasting & Cost Review

- Support material forecasting activities for both Procurement and Finance forecast cycles.

- Analyze material price trends and monitor cost movements across forecast cycles and year-on-year performance.

- Assist in identifying cost drivers and opportunities for cost optimization.

2. GM Governance & Business Waste Control

- Support monthly S&OP, business review meetings, and Supply Chain Finance discussions through analysis and tracking.

- Monitor cost performance, business waste, and key governance metrics across manufacturing sites.

3. SC 5S Savings Tracking

- Maintain savings trackers across Packaging, Procurement, and Lighthouse initiatives.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Manufacturing Excellence (ManEx), and Logistics teams on savings pipeline tracking and delivery.

4. Savings Governance & Monitoring

- Support savings governance activities with R&D and Procurement teams.

- Track savings delivery across Manufacturing Excellence, Logistics, and Business Waste initiatives, including financial impact monitoring.

5. PC Squads – Savings & Capex

- Support Savings Squad trackers and monitor progress of key savings initiatives.

- Track capital expenditure (Capex) submissions and follow up on system updates.

6. Reporting, Analytics & Controls

- Prepare monthly performance reports, savings trackers, and cost tracking files.

- Perform reconciliation between local reports and system submissions to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields.

- Good Excel skills for data management, analysis, and reporting.

- Basic numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

- Working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to explain financial information and analytical findings clearly.

- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
