QA/QC
- Assist in checking product/service quality based on predefined checklists.
- Record and report any issues identified during operations.
- Participate in root cause analysis and propose improvement initiatives.
- Support the standardization of process documentation and work instructions.
- Join internal QA/QC training sessions.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports for management.
Office Admin
- Receive and process administrative requests from departments.
- Manage and archive administrative documents in compliance with company policies.
- Support data entry and information updates in internal systems.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the manager.
