About the Program

For the Global Steel & Steel Applications track, the program provides comprehensive training that equips you with a solid foundation before you grow into a professional business developer. You do not need to have an engineering background - you simply need to possess the right potential and mindset.

For the Regenerative Agriculture & Global Agriculture track, the development pathway follows the same philosophy: building strong fundamentals before advancing into specialized expertise through real-world projects in sustainable agricultural supply chains.

This program is built upon MRS's Five-Level Talent Development Framework:

Foundation → Professional → Leadership → Mentor → Master

Your journey begins at the Foundation level, where you will develop the essential knowledge, professional competencies, and practical skills required to perform effectively in your role before progressing to higher stages of your career.

What We Look For

1. Passion for Business and Problem Solving

You consistently demonstrate your passion for business and solving real-world problems through academic projects, extracurricular activities, competitions, or student organizations. Strong communication skills are essential. Experience or projects related to international trade, import-export, or global business will be considered a significant advantage.

2. Design Thinking and Adaptability

You are adaptable, creative, and capable of designing and executing work independently from concept to completion. We value individuals who can integrate analytical thinking, synthesis, planning, design, and decision-making. This engineering-oriented mindset is valuable even for candidates from economics or business backgrounds, especially in product development and project implementation.

3. Language Proficiency

Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese is highly preferred.

4. Additional Strengths

We appreciate candidates who cultivate diverse interests beyond academics. Reading across different subjects, musical talent, sports participation, or other meaningful hobbies that reflect intellectual curiosity and personal depth are all considered valuable advantages during our selection process.
